Is My Phone Number Visible in Ommnio?

Your colleagues will never see your phone number. This is by design — Ommnio lets you coordinate with your team without sharing personal contact information.

Can administrators see my phone number?

It depends on how your organization invited you:

• If your company provided your phone number when creating your account — for example, by sending you an SMS invitation — then your number will be visible to Account and Team Administrators.
• If your company did not provide your number — for example, if you were invited via a link or QR code — then your phone number is not visible to anyone in the organization. We use it only to identify you and send your login password via SMS, but it is never shared.

In short: no colleague will ever see your phone number in Ommnio. Administrators can only see it if your company already had it and used it to set up your account.
