Who Can See My Private Conversations in Ommnio?

Private conversations in Ommnio — one-on-one chats between two users — are visible only to the two people involved. No one else can read them, not even Account, Team, or Group Administrators.

This applies regardless of whether the other person is a colleague, a manager, or someone from another department. If you're chatting privately, only you and that person can see the conversation.

Can my company ever access private conversations?

Under normal circumstances, no. However, Ommnio is a corporate communication tool provided by your organization, and conversations are considered company property. In the exceptional case of a legal or labor dispute, the company could request access to them as required by law.

What about group conversations?

Messages you send in group chats are visible to all members of that group, including administrators. For more details, see Who can read the messages I write in Ommnio?
