How Do I Register in Ommnio?

To join your organization in Ommnio, you need two things: an invitation from your company, and your own mobile phone number (which becomes your login identifier).

How you'll receive your invitation

Your company can invite you in one of three ways:

  1. Via your phone number. If your organization registered your number in Ommnio, you'll be connected automatically when you install the app and enter that same number. You may also receive an SMS with a direct link to get started.
  2. Via an invitation link. Your company may send you a personal link by email, WhatsApp, or another channel. Tap the link from the device where you've installed the Ommnio app.
  3. Via a QR code. Your company may hand you a printed invitation with a QR code. Scan it when prompted during the registration process.

Your invitation is personal and non-transferable — do not share it with anyone else.

Registration steps

  1. Install the Ommnio app on your mobile device (Android / iOS).
  2. Enter your phone number. 
  3. Connect with your organization:
    • Phone number invitation: It happens automatically — no action needed.
    • Link invitation: Tap the link when prompted to enter your company invitation.
    • QR code invitation: The app will open your camera so you can scan your code.
  4. We'll send you a one-time password via SMS

You can also access Ommnio from your computer at web.ommnio.com, using the same phone number and SMS verification.

I don't have an invitation

Only your company can invite you to Ommnio. If you haven't received an invitation, check with your manager or HR department. If you're interested in bringing Ommnio to your organization, contact us.
