How to Clear Your Cache and Cookies in Ommnio

If you're experiencing issues with Ommnio on the web — such as pages not loading correctly, outdated content appearing, or unexpected errors — clearing your browser's cache and cookies can often help.

What's the difference? Your browser stores temporary files (cache) and small data files (cookies) to speed up loading. Sometimes these can become outdated or corrupted, causing problems.

How to clear cache and cookies by browser:

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Delete browsing data.
  3. Select "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."
  4. Click Delete data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Click the menu (☰) in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
  3. Under "Cookies and Site Data," click Clear Data.
  4. Check both boxes and click Clear.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
  3. Under "Clear browsing data," click Choose what to clear.
  4. Select "Cookies" and "Cached images and files," then click Clear now.

Safari (Mac)

  1. Go to Safari > Settings > Privacy.
  2. Click Manage Website Data, search for "ommnio," and remove it.

After clearing, close your browser completely and reopen it. Then go to web.ommnio.com and log in again.
