I don't see a group that I used to see before

If a group that used to appear in your chat list is no longer visible, it could be for one of these reasons:

• The group was deleted by an administrator of your organization.
• You were removed from the group by an administrator. This may happen if your role, team, or department changed.
• The group was archived or reorganized as part of a broader restructure of your organization's communication channels.

In any case, this is not something you did — only administrators can make these changes.

If you believe you should still be part of that group, reach out to your manager or the platform administrator in your organization. They can re-add you or let you know what happened.
