What Can and Can’t an Administrator Do in Ommnio?

For a full breakdown of administrator permissions, check this article What Special Permissions Do Ommnio Administrators Have?

Below is a list of what you cannot do on your own, even as an Administrator. If you need to perform any of these actions, please contact us at help@ommnio.com:

Actions Administrators Cannot Perform Alone

  • Edit the name of your organization.

  • Change the logo of your organization or the image displayed on the welcome screen for users.

  • Modify the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy that users accept upon registration in your Ommnio environment.

  • Access private conversations between users. One-on-one chats are strictly private — not even Ommnio can access them unless legally required.

Privacy Notice

You also cannot view the phone numbers your users used to register in Ommnio.
Phone numbers will only be visible if users shared them with you during the registration process.

This policy aligns with Ommnio’s core purpose: enabling communication between organizations and users without sharing personal contact information — a key feature that ensures compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
