In Ommnio, the “account” represents your organization. It typically corresponds to your company name (e.g., ACME Company) and includes everything from user management to contracted services and billing.
What Is an Account Administrator?
An Account Administrator in Ommnio has all the same permissions as a Team Administrator, but at a higher level — across the entire organization, including:
- All teams
- All users
- All chat groups
Additional Permissions for Account Administrators
Account Admins can also:
- View all chat group content (except private one-on-one chats, which remain visible only to the two participants).
- Assign admin roles and permissions, including:
- Account Administration
- Team Administration
- Group Administration
