How to Download the User Database in Excel from Ommnio

Export your user list in just one click from the Users tab.

Need to export your Ommnio user database to Excel? Here's how to do it quickly and easily:

  1. Go to the "Users" tab in your Ommnio dashboard.

  2. Click the "Download users" button to export the user list as an Excel (.xlsx) file.

Permissions and Access:

  • Company Administrators can download the complete user database.

  • Team Administrators can only download users from the teams they manage.

This ensures data access is limited based on your permissions.
