Troubleshooting Sign-In Issues in Ommnio

Ommnio does not recognize the login details I entered

You must use the phone number associated with your Ommnio account. If your account was not set up with a phone number, you'll need to access Ommnio via the invitation link or QR code provided by your organization. If you've forgotten which number is linked to your account, please contact your manager or email us at help@ommnio.com.

I haven't received my OTP code

If you haven't received the one-time password (OTP) by SMS, tap "Wrong number?" or "Haven't received the code?" in the Ommnio app to request a new one. If you still don't receive it after a few minutes, make sure your phone has network coverage and that you haven't blocked SMS from short codes. If the issue persists, contact us at help@ommnio.com.

I've forgotten my access number

Your login credentials are managed by your employer. If you've forgotten your access details, please reach out to your manager or HR department — they can look up your information in Ommnio's Users tab.

I need to update the contact details associated with my Ommnio account

Only administrators can modify user profile data in Ommnio. To update your contact information, ask your manager or administrator to make the change from the Users tab in the web version. This cannot be done by users themselves or by the Ommnio team directly.

My QR code isn't working / has already been used

Each QR code invitation can only be used once. If you've already scanned your QR code to register, you don't need it again — simply log in with the phone number you used during registration. If your phone number has changed since then, contact your manager.

My company hasn't authorized my access

If you're unable to log in and believe you should have access, it's possible your organization hasn't yet set up your account in Ommnio. Check with your HR department or platform administrator to confirm your access has been authorized. If the issue persists, contact us at help@ommnio.com and we'll help identify the problem.
