If you're an administrator in Ommnio, it's essential to understand the special permissions you have. Ommnio supports several types of roles, each with specific capabilities for managing users, teams, and chat groups.
👤 User Permissions
A User in Ommnio can:

Be invited to organization chats.

Read all messages and access the document, multimedia, and link library in groups they belong to.

Participate in open groups by sending text messages or files (photo, video, audio, and documents).

Mention colleagues from their team.

In read-only groups, only read and access shared content.

Confirm mandatory reading or digitally sign legally binding documents.

View group members in open chat groups (not available in read-only groups).

Receive automated messages from Bots (e.g., payslips, reported hours).

Report entry/exit times via a time registration Bot (if enabled).

Set a work schedule and receive mobile notifications.

Access via the Ommnio app (Android/iOS) and web.

A Team Administrator has all user permissions and can also (from the web version):
