How to Download the Acknowledge Message with the Timestamp of the User's Confirmation

Download the signed confirmation PDF with a watermark of the exact time and date.

When a user confirms that they have read and understood a mandatory reading message, a signed PDF is generated with the exact time and date of confirmation. This confirmation is visible to the Administrator in the web version of Ommnio, and the timestamp always appears vertically on the left margin of the PDF.

If you want to see who confirmed the reading or download these documents, follow the steps below.

1. Search for the document in the web version

In Ommnio's web version, go to the chat where the file was shared. If it was in a one-on-one chat, search for the user’s name. If it was in a group, open the corresponding group.

If the message is no longer visible, click on the “Details” button (upper right) and choose the “Documents” option from the dropdown.

2. Locate the mandatory reading document

You’ll see a list of all shared documents. Mandatory reading documents are marked with a star. Click on the one you're interested in.

4. View confirmation list

A list of users will appear showing their confirmation status. Those who confirmed will show the date and time. You can click the “PDF” button to download the version marked with their confirmation.

Users who haven’t confirmed yet will show as “Pending” and offer an option to send them a reminder.

5. Confirmation marking on the PDF

The downloaded PDF will include the vertical marking on the left with text like:
"Tiffany Tulip acknowledged reading this document to Omnnio on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, 5:42:56 PM."

Make sure this area of the document is always blank when uploading your original file, so the marking is visible.
