What Are the Different User Statuses in Ommnio?

Learn how Ommnio categorizes user access and activity.

In Ommnio, each user can be in one of four possible statuses, depending on their activity and registration state:

1. Active: The user has completed registration and has accessed Ommnio within the last 30 days.

2. Inactive: The user registered at some point but has not logged in during the last 30 days. This means they haven't viewed or interacted with your content recently. Possible reasons:

  • They haven’t received new messages.
  • They lost interest.
  • They may have uninstalled the app.

3. Blocked: A user with admin privileges has intentionally suspended this user's access. Blocking is a temporary state—you can unblock the user anytime. No data is lost; it's a way to pause access without deletion.

4. Pending: The user was invited but has not completed registration. Until they finish signing up, they cannot access Ommnio.

You can resend their invitation via:

  • Email or SMS, depending on the contact info.
  • QR code, if no contact data is available.

What Happens When You Delete a User?

If a user is deleted:

  • Their profile, time logs, and group memberships are permanently removed.

  • Their messages remain in chats but are anonymized.

  • ⚠️ This action is irreversible.
