Initiatives: Tracking & analytics
Where do I see results?
Under Analytics → Initiatives (requires the Advanced Analytics add-on). You get headline KPIs (Reach, goal-completion rate, total goals completed) with comparison to the previous period, a performance table of all Initiatives, a conversion breakdown, and a per-Initiative detail view with daily trends and the list of messages in that Initiative.
How is the goal-completion rate calculated?
It's the number of unique people who completed the goal divided by the number of unique recipients, for the selected date range. The "goal" is whichever action you chose (e.g., for a "read" goal it's unique readers ÷ recipients).
Do interactions from the mobile app count?
Yes. Reads, link clicks, article views, video watches, acknowledgments, and form replies are tracked on both web and mobile and roll up into the same Initiative metrics. Employees don't see "Initiatives" anywhere — their normal interactions feed the numbers automatically.
Is the data live?
No. Initiative metrics are recomputed by a scheduled job (roughly once a day). Expect numbers to lag real-time activity by up to a day.
Can I compare Initiatives or change the date range?
Yes — the dashboard supports a selectable date range with previous-period comparison, and the performance table lets you sort Initiatives (e.g., by goal %) and drill into any one of them.
